Yes, we only have self catering units. All units have their own barbeques on the patio and are fully equipped for self catering.

All our villas are 2-bedroom units but we have a few larger units availble on request. Pleaselet us know what you need and we will see how we can assist you.

No, the units are only cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. If you need a cleaner it can be arranged at a nominal fee.

The Clarens village is accross the main road that goes to Golden Gate. It is probably adviseable to drive when you go to the village as this is a bational road but if you prefer you can walk.

The only restaurant on the estate is at the clubhouse which is on the first 9-holes of the golfcourse. There is a walkway underneath the national road should you wish to walk there. The restaurant is not open for dinner though.

There are many restaurants in the village should you wish to go out for the evening.

Golf is the main attraction on the estate itself. The Clarens boasts an 18 hole golf course with a par 72.

Rich in fossils and natural heritage, the surrounding sandstone mountains are dusted with snow in winter and are a multi-coloured geological wonder in the long summer days.
